"Heads-up for Hebrew!"

Announcing an open-to-all-questions exploration of Hebrew language and prayer. This Sunday at TBS Upper Sanctuary, we will will discuss forming two groups: a beginners and an ongoing Hebrew class, to meet Sunday mornings, or another good time by arrangement with those interested.  All are welcome!

Learning and Understanding Hebrew: An Introduction
Limmud Ivrit לימוד עברית
You are invited: Sunday, Nov. 6th, @ 10:30am
daylight savings turns the clock back, an hour early!
for discussion of time and teaching level,
as determined by interested participants
(Nov. 6, 13, 20, Dec. 4, 11, Jan. 8, 22, 29th)
10:30-12 noon, TBS Upper Sanctuary

We'll meet weekly to learn the basics of the Hebrew letters and words that comprise and form basic Jewish prayers. With reference to "Greeting the Dawn" from the siddur, we'll learn how to pronounce and become familiar with the logic of the language. Creating a simple home-practice enhances our study together.

No previous experience needed, all are welcomed
and "bagels and coffee will be served"!

Exact cost to be determined at first mtg.; around $15 each meeting, including text.
